Mystikal Wants to Leave Cash Money

It should come to no surprise that not all of Cash Money's roster is pleased with the way things operate over there (just ask Busta Rhymes). If you aren't apart of the Waynes, Drakes, or Nickis, it might be hard for you to receive any full backing.

One artist that is voicing his opinion publicly is Mystikal. After signing in 2011 following his release from prison, the former No Limit all-star Mystikal is realizing that YMCMB might not be the perfect setup for him.

“I don’t really fit the mold of the situation I’m in. I’m different, man. I have to be able to be the artist that I am. If I can’t do that, then it’s not gonna work for me.”

Despite his decision to leave, Mystikal states there are no ill-feelings towards his "Original" co-stars Lil Wayne and Birdman

"That’s all respect. That’s family. We were family prior to this. And I thank them for the opportunity, but I don’t wanna be a liability to them ’cause it’s a waste of money, if nothing ever comes from it.”

Suge Knight Shot Multiple Times at Pre-VMA Party in Hollywood

Things took a negative turn at a pre-VMA party, hosted by Chris Brown, early Sunday morning as shots rang off inside 1Oak nightclub in Hollywood.

The victim? None other than Suge Knight. Although the amount of times he was shot seems to be confused (ranging from 2-6 times), the former Hip Hop mogul isreportedly out of the hospital and expected to make a full recovery.

Sound familiar? That's because Suge was actually shot one time before at another pre-VMA party in 2005, hosted by Kanye West.

UPDATE: Suge Knight's family has released a press statement through REVOLT TV:

The family of Suge Knight ask that you keep Suge in your prayers and to stray away from the negativity portrayed by the media. Suge is currently resting and has lost a lot of blood, he’s human. He’s done a lot of things for the community and the culture as a whole so we ask that you respect that.

Jeezy Arrested For Gun Possession in Cali

Uh oh Snow Go. Following the backstage murder at the San Francisco stop of The Under the Influence tour, a search warrant was issued for Jeezy's tour bus at the next stop. During the search in Irvine, CA, authorities came up on an assault rifle, and we all know that's a big "no no" (right Tip?).

According to TMZ, the Snowman is current behind bars, being held on $1,000,000 bail.

Talk about crap timing (or is it?), Seen it All arrives next week! Jeezy Better Call Saul.

BEANIE SIGEL RELEASED FROM PRISON AFTER SERVING TWO YEARS

The Broadstreet Bully, Beanie Sigel, is home and free.  In 2012 he was arrested and charged with tax evasion, then sentenced to two years in prison.  He’s served his time and now he’s back on the streets.

The boy was also stopped and charged with a weapons and drug charge while fighting his tax evasion case.  It’s all old news now, because the Philly native is reunited with friends and family.  Welcome home Beans.

Eldorado Red’s murder trial begins in Atlanta

Eldorado Red’s trial in the murder-for-hire of Lil Phat began this past Thursday in Atlanta. Rado is accused of hiring 2 people (Maurice Conner and Deandre Washington) to kill Phat for allegedly not paying for some pounds of marijuana. The state’s key witness is former college basketball player Desensae “Grizz” White who testified (video can be found down below) that he was in charge of tracking Phat via a GPS device that was installed in his car. Grizz took to the stand and said that Rado gave the green light to Conner and Washington to kill Phat at the hospital where he was awaiting the birth of his second child. By agreeing to testify against his co-defendants, Grizz will receive a reduced sentence of 8 years in prison for his cooperation. Also down below is video of Phat’s girlfriend testifying.
