During a radio broadcast, Mama D wasted no time bashing his ex's image.
"OK, the b*tch done got breast implants and booty shots, the b*tch ain't real first of all," Scrappy's mother said in an interview. "Secondly, Scrappy said 'F*ck it.' Soulja Boy gonna come behind him anyway. You know what I'm saying? So at the end of the day, Scrappy is chilling. He's fine. He's the Prince of the South and he got it good. He's living good and he got it good. He ain't thinking about that b*tch. Dirty low down b*tch." (Hot 107.9)
She continued to vouch for her son and promised there is no love lost with Scrappy.
"She lied like a motherf*cker! Called Scrappy back, talking about 'I was just hanging out with him.' Whoo! I want to put my hand around that b*tch throat. I want you to go on the radio and say 'Mama D is angry because you don't mess with Mama D son.' But you know what ladies and gentlemen? Her son is doing good. The Prince of the South is still the reigning prince because he's chill like that, he's gonna keep it pimpin'. It's f'd up how she did it -- low down dirty b*tch...She gonna give it up like that, she might as well get some money for it h*e. Scrappy, Mama D, we gonna keep it G, you heard me? Let the radio know that Scrappy the Prince of the South is still the reigning Prince and he's chilling on South Beach, okay, with a beautiful lady. He ain't stunting that sh*t there, he's all good." Photos of Diamond and Soulja Boy embracing each other hit the Internet Monday (April 25).
According to ATL blogger, Freddy O, Soulja Boy was seen getting super comfy and cozy with the self proclaimed 32 flavors ATL rapper, Diamond, during his Dub Car Show appearance. Although both are on the brink of pure irrelevancy (they may already be there, depending on who you ask), I must admit that I HOPE Scrappy tweets/interviews about it. Anything to start a lil' blog worthy drama.... (Miss Jia)
In late 2009, Scrappy finally broke his silence on the relationship with Diamond.
"That's my best friend, man; I don't have no real friends like that," he revealed in an interview. "[She's] the only one I can talk to before I go to sleep. We don't tell people much about this joint because it's private. We have problems here and there... 'Cause too many men's be looking at her and too many woman's be looking at me and that's a problem. [Laughs] ...We fittin' to do a Mr. and Mrs. Smith package, with a mixtape coming out first then an album. A DVD might come out with the album." (XXL Mag)
