Nicki Minaj Opens Up W/ Booty Talk, "If People Are Sitting In A Barbershop Talking About My Butt.."

Young Money's Nicki Minaj has finally addressed the buzz surrounding her lower backside by admitting she realizes her cheeks are often the talk of the town.
Talking with hip-hop personality Funkmaster Flex, the self-proclaimed "Barbie" said as long as people are speaking her name, she is fine with the booty talk.
"I don't mind the question, I don't mind the fascination. It's all good," she said. "I've said this before. It doesn't define me, so I try my best not to focus my energy on it. Like if you guys focus energy on it, I don't mind it. if people are sitting in a barbershop talking about my butt, it's conversational. That's what people are going to do. As long as they're talking about Nicki Minaj, it's good." ("Full Throttle")
Earlier this year, Minaj appeared on "Saturday Night Live" poking fun at her rump shaker.
Minaj did show off her voluptuous side when she popped up in a fake blaxpoitation flick, "Bride of Blackenstein," alongside Jay Pharoah as an evil scientist, Kenan Thompson as Frankenstein and host Jesse Eisenberg as the hunchbacked assistant. When the doctor unveiled his creation, she captivated the fellas with her rotund behind, as Eisenberg quipped "That's why you had me fill those basketballs with Jell-O!" But she quickly made it clear that she has an attitude to match her assets, batting away Frankenstein's advances with "You think you can just walk up on me and get some of this?" After she officially staked her claim to the castle and insisted her new man stay at home, the townspeople stormed the dungeon but were quickly diverted by a wiggle of Minaj's mega-booty. (MTV)
In April 2010, Minaj addressed speculation claiming her backside is fake.
Nicki Minaj doesn't have much time for her detractors, including those who recently set the Web ablaze with speculation about whether her assets had been enhanced with "butt pads." Did it bother her? "Absolutely not!" the Queens-bred rapper and Lil Wayne protégé says with a laugh. "People will pick anything to talk about, and that happens to be the thing at the moment. I love being a conversation piece." (New York Post)
Not ashamed of her rump, Minaj has recently been seen across the country giving on-stage lap dances to special concert guests including Lil Wayne and NBA star Chris Paul.
The lucky Travis Barker was the last man to get a lap dance from Nicki Minaj on the final stop of Lil Wayne's "I Am Still Music" tour in Calgary, Canada. The Young Money rapper has announced that she will retire the routine when she hits the road with Britney Spears in June. The Blink-182 drummer sat in the hot seat with his hands behind his back and legs spread as she teased him with her bountiful assets. Savor Nicki's last booty poppin' moments. (Rap-Up)
