Although an exact date is unknown, Lighty believes 50's new LP will hit stores in the fall.
According to Chris Lighty, 50's almost finished with his fifth album, which is "sounding great." "We're rolling out the marketing partners and everything now," Chris Lighty told AllHipHop.com. "Once we put the stake in the ground on a date, we're gonna try and stick to it so we can use our marketing dollars around that date." According to Chris Lighty, 50A few weeks ago, 50 upped the ante by aiming to make the album live up to his 2003 multi-platinum selling debut, Get Rich or Die Tryin'.Cent's album Black Magic will hit stores this Fall. "I tweeted something about the actual single," 50 explained in an interview. "While I'm out here, I gotta meeting and I gotta sit with Jimmy [Iovine], I gotta sit with the guys that push the button. I've done it by myself on my other albums because I've got my own radio staff, and I work the record, then get it to 500 hundred spins and then let them kick in. But I think it's better if I go with the entire building and have everybody on deck so they understand my plans for this project." (MTV)
