Peedi Crakk Admits Bad Business Moves, "I've Learned The Hard Way By Ruining Certain Relationships"

Former Roc-A-Fella artist Peedi Crakk has offered some tips and knowledge to emcees looking to find success within the music industry by detailing the importance of having good relationships.
Crakk believes the right relationship can help you reach higher success despite how much talent you actually have.
"Relationships are super important in the industry," Crakk said in an interview. "It's more that actually your talent. If you got a good relationship with somebody in a position of power, they don't mind working with you, if the opportunity comes up that they can help you out with something and y'all still got that open relationship, they'll look out for you. And I've learned the hard way by kind of ruining certain relationships with certain people. You know what I mean? And then I know people that have loved me for years -- everybody's not gonna be able to help you when you need it." (Highsnobiety)
A few weeks ago, Crakk gave his top three must haves.
"The first one - I'ma keep the first one clean. One of the main things I did, I got four boys. Two years old, 4-year-old, 8-year-old and a 10-year-old. And I just really love to hear them say the modest, honest things that kids say...These [next] two go together. Rose Moet and big booty on the late night. Like a bottle of Rose and a big, brown booty, I just love that. That go together. [My writing process]. This one drives inside of me, a stupid beat with dumb kick and me zoning with a pen and a pad. I dig that, that's me. That's a part of my life." (3 Little Digs)
The rapper made a return to music after being locked up and released last year.
Former State Property rapper Peedi Crakk has finally returned home after spending more than a year in prison. Though his incarceration was largely kept private, the rapper became noticeably quiet after announcing that he was signing with indie upstart Amalgam Digital, for whom he was recording his long-awaited debut, 'A Night in the Life.' According to his manager Breigh, Peedi was released from prison on April 1, and is currently hard at work at Philadelphia's Bat Cave Studios. Because he served a full-sentence, Peedi does not have to worry about parole this time around, serving out a simple probation. (The Boom Box)
In 2009, Peedi's former labelmate Jay-Z said he cut ties with him.
"I speak to [Young] Chris often," Jay revealed in an interview. "Freeway as well. I spoke to [Beanie Sigel] when his grandma passed, we had a conversation. I don't speak to Peedi at all 'cause he's a psycho -- no, he's a psycho. That's what I truly believe. Not trying to be funny or anything." (Hot 97)
