Scarface's Women Woes Continue, Rapper Still Locked Up

Music fans hoping to catch Scarface at a hip-hop concert this summer may have to wait as new reports claim the hip-hop veteran is still behind bars due to legal issues relating to unpaid child support.
According to reports, Face has remained behind bars dating back to mid-October 2010.
The former Geto Boys leader has since been moved to Harris County Jail as of last week where he is being held for two active child support warrants totaling $123,372. He also faces two other child support charges as well as charges from the federal government. According to police documents obtained by XXLmag.com, bonds have been set on all four cases--one for $93,376, a second one for $50,000, another for $30,000 and the last one was set at $500. As of press time it is unclear how much longer Facemob is expected to spend behind bars, but a media relations rep for Harris County's 7th precinct told XXL that he will be held until these women accusing him of not paying child support are compensated to some capacity. Scarface's last Twitter messages date back to late September.
"This n*gga is crazy @zromocitydon like Richard Pryor," Face tweeted September 25th, 2010.
"Go follow Zro @Zromocitydon"
"@ifuxwitcstone too loooooong I'm finns lay it down" (Scarface's Twitter)
Last spring, Scarface talked about wanting to re-make KRS-One's 1987 rap album, Criminal Minded.
"I haven't really came to the conclusion yet of what I'm gonna do with it, but I know for a fact that I'm remaking '9mm Goes Bang' along with 'Poetry' and sh*t like that," he revealed in an interview. "I just feel like - and it's not for a personal gain, it's a respect thing. I'm [paying respect by remaking] [KRS-One's] whole f*cking sh*t. I feel like he deserves that compliment. Like muthaf*ckas forget where it came from, man. I remember growing up in junior high school, and like my first couple years that I spent in high school, I f*cking had that rhyme scheme. I wrote my rhymes like that [mumbles cadence from 'Poetry']. I was that!" (Hip Hop DX)
Earlier this year, Killer Mike crowned the rap pioneer SOHH Underrated.
"Scarface should be called the greatest rapper ever, since 1987. That's how long I've [been listening to him]. In 23 years I've never heard a wack album. Even the albums that weren't sanctioned by him, they were just getting put out. You can't argue with 23 years. There's n*ggas that can say they've been in the game for 23 years but I can name five wack albums they put out. Get a n*gga that can say they've been in the game for 10 years and I can name one or two wack albums they put out. There's n*ggas that's been in the game for 20 years and I can name immediately some wack albums they put out. But when you talk about branching out with Scarface, you cannot grab an album and tell me it's wack." (SOHH Underrated)
