Soulja Boy Certifies "Watch The Throne" Excellence, "It's A Classic"

Atlanta rapper Soulja Boy Tell Em recently provided his take on the new Watch the Throne album plus why Jay-Z and Kanye West simply have a hip-hop clasisc under their belts.
Along with co-signing the new LP, Soulja Boy said he is inspired from the album's content.
"I mean, yeah, the album is dope. It's a classic because it's Kanye collaborating with Jay-Z," Soulja Boy said in an interview. "Anybody collaborating with Jay-Z, it's going to be on that next level. That was real dope. 2011, Jay still goin' hard and he got his artist behind him so it's inspirational. That's something I want to do with my artists one day. I want to be on the level of Jay-Z and have my artist with me to do an album together. So, much respect. I like the album." (VIBE)

Last summer, Soulja Boy discussed working with Kanye for his DeAndre Way album.
"Recently, this single that I got on my album that ain't out yet, I had recorded it and I had sent it to Kanye," Soujla Boy told Sway during "RapFix Live"on Thursday (August 19). " 'Cause he asked me to send him some beats, and I just wanted to see what he thought about it. So I sent him two songs. One of them was like on an R&B vibe; I was still spitting, though, but I was singing on the hook. And then one of them was just straight rapping. I sent them to him, and he typed back on e-mail, 'Those were some dope-a** bars. I like your verse on it.' That made me feel good." (RapFix Live)
Although he did not make the album, Soulja Boy previously revealed his aim to recruit Jay-Z.
Soulja Boy Tell'em hopped up out the bed and onto the stage at Eva Longoria Parker's nightclub Eve in Las Vegas on Friday night (March 12). He hosted and performed a three-song set including "Kiss Me Thru the Phone," "Turn My Swag On," and his chart-topping hit "Crank That (Soulja Boy)." Jay-Z and Eminem are on the 19 year-old rapper's wish list for his upcoming third album, now titled Dre. (Rap-Up)
