Suge Knight Refutes Tupac Back Hype, Says "Pac's Not Really Dead"

After a much talked about hologram performance this weekend, Former Death Row Records owner, Marion "Suge" Knight, offered up his opinion on the recent Tupac Shakur hype, claiming that the rapper may very well still be alive.
In Knight's opinion, Pac could still be living and breathing despite being fatally shot in 1996.

Knight just appeared on 93.5 KDay in L.A. with Tattoo and Cee Cee ... and pumped some major fuel into the biggest urban legend in hip hop ... that Tupac FAKED his own death. Knight says his theory explains why cops never found his murderer -- because there was no murder. "Maybe the question is ... Pac's not really dead ... pac's somewhere else," Knight says. When asked if he ever saw Tupac's body following the 1996 shooting, he adds, "Nobody seen Tupac dead. " Knight explains, "The person who supposedly cremated Tupac ... this guy got about 3 million dollars .. personally from me ... cash ... and next thing I know I never heard from the guy or seen him again ... he retired and left." Former Los Angeles Police Department detective, Greg Kading,recently claimed Knight had Notorious B.I.G. killed in 1997 in retaliation to allegations that Diddy had Tupac murdered.

Greg Kading also claims in "Murder Rap" that Combs' west coast rival, Marion "Suge" Knight, ordered New York rapper The Notorious B.I.G. killed in retaliation. No one has been charged in either rapper's murder. Kading claims the LAPD has recorded confessions from people behind the killings. In one of the audio recordings, a Southside Crips member named Duane "Keffe D" Davis says, "[Combs] took me downstairs and he's like, 'Man, I want to get rid of them dudes.'" (My Fox)

In 2010, a hoax video emerged online showing Knight getting arrested for the murder of Pac.

A video circulating on YouTube (see below) begins with footage from an Fox 11 News Los Angeles evening news broadcast. The TV anchor is well known to LA residents as evening news anchor. In the video, aninterview is conducted about an "October" documentary regarding thedeath of Tupac Shakur. Then, suddenly the video cuts to KTLA's Morning News. If you look, you can even see the time stamp on the broadcast as shortly after 8 am PST. That KTLA news clip shows Knight being arrested. But the viewer is not told that the arrest is for a different matter unrelated to Shakur. The video is a fake. Knight has not been arrested for the murder of Tupac. (LA Late)

Last fall, the music mogul was recruited for a Pac documentary and spoke openly about his business relationship with Tupac.

Controversial Death Row Records co-founder Marion "Suge" Knight Jr. is the focus of a documentary that will be produced by and broadcast on Showtime, the network announced Tuesday. Tentively titled "Suge Knight," the film will be directed by Antoine Fuqua ("Training Day," "Brooklyn's Finest") and co-produced by Fuqua and Bradley J. Fischer ("Black Swan," "Shutter Island," "Zodiac"). Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and former Times reporter Chuck Philips is also one of the film's co-producers. Showtime said the Knight film is the first in a series of documentaries for the network from "talented and prestigious filmmakers" that "will spotlight iconic and controversial figures."
