Jay-Z's Company Accused Of Harassment To Force Renters Out Of Philadelphia Condos
Partial owner in the company, Hov's legal team has been allegedly trying to push tenants out of the building.
SCC North American Realty LLC, partially owned by Jay-Z, has been accused of harassing renters of a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania building to leave until they vacate the premises.

According to FoxNews.com, SCC owns the property at 603 North American Street, where tenants are fearful of losing their homes. “I'm scared of Jay-Z," says one unnamed tenant. "I've endured endless harassment from his team of lawyers, and I can't take it anymore. I don't know when this drama is going to end."

Some of the tenants in the 24-unit building claim that SCC has filed lawsuits against them even though they have paid rent. SCC has also allegedly given out renters’ personal numbers to local realtors, who persistently call them to schedule showings. At least 15 of the tenants have moved out since May.
