Kanye West Runs A High Fever, Spotted In-Studio W/ Teenage Superstar

Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West may be making headlines for his recent outings alongside reality star Kim Kardashian, however, he has also begun clocking in work alongside teenage star Justin Bieber.

According to reports, Ye's "Bieber Fever" will likely result in contributing to the singer's upcoming new album.

While it's been widely reported that Kanye West was working on Justin Bieber's album Believe, we now have photographic evidence. The hip-hop superstar and teen sensation hit the studio for a late-night recording session in New York on Friday. Bieber is close to wrapping his album, due June 19. "Putting the finishing touches on the album and it's gonna be special! @justinbieber and @kanyewest#Believe," tweeted Biebs' right hand man Kenny Hamilton. The two previously worked together on the remix to "Runaway Love" featuring Raekwon and expressed their mutual appreciation for each others' music. (Rap-Up)

Last October, Biebs revealed his aim to link up with rap stars like Yeezy and Drake for new music.

In an interview with Capital FM, Bieber said he's getting some high-profile folks to work on tracks for the album. "Very soon [it'll be released], after my Christmas album," JB revealed. "It's going to be coming out. It is called Believe. I'm working with a lot of cool people. I'm working with Kanye [West]. Drake is going to work on the album with me." It's hardly the first time Bieber has been in the mix with Drake and Kanye.Bieber recently put his spin on Drake's "Trust Issues," and while Drake wishes JB had left the track uncensored, he had high praise for his fellow Canadian. "He's like a talented kid ... from Canada, so to hear him even remix that song is crazy," he said. "That's incredible." (MTV)

Last summer, Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne explained his decision not to work with Bieber at this stage in his career.

While fans can expect to hear both Heartbreak Drake and Ms. Minaj on Tha Carter IV, it's the two Justin's that Weezy F. also talks about. "That's my little homie now," Wayne says of The Biebs. "He texts me every night asking me to do [his] d*mn song. That's my n*gga, but I can't do it. Like I said, I don't want to f*ck his sh*t up. But like I said, I want to work with Justin Timberlake. In August 2011, rapper/producer David Banner talked about Bieb's hip-hop appreciation.

And what happened, particularly when it came time for Bieber's contribution, took the entire studio by surprise. Was it Pro-Tooled together?' That boy... I actually wanted the very first take. We ended up doing it again, but he spit the whole verse all the way down non-stop. He spit," Banner clarified, explaining that the Biebs is a true student of hip-hop. "It made me feel good because it shows you the effect of [hip-hop] culture. And for him to study and dissect our culture that way... he really has a respect to spend that much time, because that takes practice to be able to spit and rap like that. And I was impressed."
