No amount of coal filled stockings could turn Christmas sour for basketball fans this year, with the long overdue return of the NBA landing on December 25th. As if the day wasn’t already special enough, Nike is dropping these four limited colorways of the Nike LeBron 9, Nike Kobe VII System Supreme, Nike Zoom KD IV, and the Nike Air Max Sweep, a gang of sneakers that will be on-feet come tip off. The Nike LeBron 9 and Amar’e Stoudemire’s new signature model the Nike Air Max Sweep thru both take the most direct route to the holiday tie in, with a green/red/white combo that oozes yuletide flavor. After that, Kevin Durant’s Zoom KD IV in the metallic bronze colorway has a somewhat curious reference, apparently the copper color comes as a nod to cookie cutters, an inspiration that is a bit more apparent after you get a peek at the insole graphics. Rounding out the pack is a the feral inclined Nike Kobe VII System Supreme, which doesn’t have too much inherent holiday cheer, but the model stays winning based on the high-tech swapping system. Follow us after the jump for an up close look at all four and be on the lookout for these signature sneakers from the forefront of Nike’s NBA representatives both on screen and in stores come Christmas day.VIA LOFTXMUSIC
