Grammy-winning singer Beyonce recently opened up about her current pregnancy and how she feared the entire world knew she was a mother-to-be prior to a late August announcement.
Beyonce admitted she thought spectators could notice her baby bump a few months ago.

It's tough to keep a pregnancy a secret when you're in the public eye, and for a while, Beyonce thought the jig was up. "The whole time I definitely was thinking, 'Everyone knows, everyone can see,'" said the singer before the screening of her new concert DVD Sunday in New York. It became particularly difficult for her to hide the growing baby bump when the Grammy-winner performed for four nights to sold-out crowds at New York's Roseland Theater in August. "When you're pregnant, it's a little bit harder to breathe, so it was hard doing all the choreography and singing at the same time," said the 30-year-old singer in an onstage interview. (Billboard)A few weeks ago, R&B singer Kelly Rowland confirmed the sex of Beyonce and husband/rapper Jay-Z's unborn baby.
"I'm so happy for my sister and her husband. They're so happy in this moment right now, as they should be. They've made a little bundle of love, I'm so excited for them," she said in an interview. "I have no idea what I'm going to buy Beyonce at the baby shower because Jay is going to buy that little girl every single thing possible. She won't be spoilt but she will be very well looked-after. I'll be on hand for babysitting duties and I'm actually very good with messy diapers!" (Winnipeg Free Press)Recently, speculation grew claiming the couple are expecting a daughter.
Beyoncé has seen a lot of dreams come true in her life -- but this one tops them all. The singer has learned she's expecting a girl, an insider tells In Touch exclusively. "Beyoncé is thrilled she's having a daughter," confides a close friend of the singer's, explaining that while Beyoncé and her husband, Jay-Z, would be happy to have a healthy child of either sex, she'd secretly been hoping for a girl. "She and her mother are so close, and she's wanted to have that relationship with her own child." (In Touch Weekly)In early October, Rowland expressed her happiness for Jay and Bey.
"I'm so happy for her and her husband [Jay-Z] and just excited to be an auntie -- part two. First it was [Solange's son] Julez -- Now it's a new baby on the rise; it's gonna to be so exciting...I'll help take care of my 'sister' and her husband's baby first. I'm not ready for babies yet. I can watch them take care of this little baby...I get to babysit, yes -- It's a wonderful moment. I just saw my sister today, and I got a chance to rub her tummy." (MTV)
