Bow Wow's Tax Woes Exposed, Rapper Owes $91K

Cash Money Records' Bow Wow is making headlines this weekend for not only defending the delay of his long-awaited Underrated solo album but also having tax debt records leaked online.

According to reports, Bow Weezy owes nearly $100,000 to the government.

Bow Wow is all grown up now, but just because he's a lil older ... doesn't mean he's learned how to pay off Uncle Sam -- he owes almost six figures in back taxes, this according to court documents. A tax lien filed in Florida by the federal government says the rapper, real name Shad Gregory Moss, owes the government $91,105.61 for unpaid taxes from the year 2006. Over the weekend, Bow Wow inked a blog post calling out TMZ and other gossip blogs over financial accusations.

"Its two ten in the morning and im up watching Soul Train. Before i get into what i came here for, TMZ saying they are about to runa story on me thats once again "Not True" as im sitting in my beautiful condo as of RIGHT NOW that they said i dont have anymore. (Bow Wow with no home thats like a whore that doesn't like d**k) We all know not to believe anything the media writes or blogs its their job to entertain the minds of the simple minded." Outside of legal woes, the rapper defended his Underrated delay.

"But on to whats important, "UNDERRATED" everyone wants to know why its delayed or why is it getting pushed back. I hear yall jokes "His sh*t aint never droppin" it is dropping. "When I Feel like its right tho" my album sounds nothing like what you've heard come out of the camp PERIOD so far. I know yall want this album just as much as i want to deliver it. The thing is tour just ended like 3 n half weeks ago. I left studio to tour which of course set me back. I have to mix all the records which i have just now kinda started. "Sweat" video will be out in a week or 2. Took a minute to finalize all the graphics and detail because of the CGI effects. Also dont forget im stil working on my tv sitcom with Ice Cube as well. I think people forget i got 2 jobs (Rapper/Ator) hahaha.. Record just went to radio as well. Not only that but im trying to get India Irie to sing on "Boy Or Girl" being that that sample you are hearing on that record is her. Around mid-November, reports of his LP getting pushed back emerged online.

While he promised fans he wouldn't push it back again, Bow Wow's Cash Money debut Underrated has been moved from December 6 to an unspecified 2012 date. The 24-year-old rapper recently shot a video for lead single "Sweat" with Lil Wayne. Additionally, projects from Monica, Birdman, Nicole Scherzinger, and Taio Cruz won't hit shelves until the new year, and we've heard that albums from Young Money's Tyga and Lil Twist will also not arrive in time for Christmas.
