50 Cent Addresses New Curly Hair Look, "I Just Make More Money Off It"

G-Unit leader 50 Cent has finally spoken up and addressed his new look after photos of him sporting a gel-laced curly hair style landed online yesterday (June 15).
Showing off his confidence, 50 downplayed the media and blogosphere hype.
"Hahaha you fools talking about my hair for my last movie. Ok I just make more money off it lol I'm WINNING.http://lockerz.com/s/111070496," he tweeted late Wednesday (June 15). (50 Cent's Twitter)
Photos of 50's new look began circulating online Wednesday afternoon.
50 arrived to the red carpet with a tan and a new gelled Jheri curl, S-curl mix hairdo. Not sure if it was the glistening sun, but it looks like there may have been a few light brown highlights in there too. 50 has never had a problem changing his appearance for a movie, he was seen previously rocking a Jheri curl on the set of his movie "Freelancers" starring Forest Whitaker and Robert De Niro. We are hoping that this new look is the result of a new movie because if not, you got a lot of explaining to do Fif. (Global Grind)
50 was reportedly attending the Aruba Film Festival to promote a new film.
Maybe it was the tropical breeze, but 50 Cent was not looking like himself during his trip to Aruba to premiere his Mario Van Peebles-directed drama Things Fall Apart at the Aruba Film Festival. The hip-hop mogul appeared a few pounds lighters and sported a longer gelled hairstyle. He had previously shed 54 pounds to play a cancer-stricken football player in the film. (Rap-Up)
Outside of his looks, 50 recently signed Southern rapper Shawty Lo to G-Unit Records.
"This is like something before the album, my new situation with G-Unit was just solidified and I got off the phone with 50 yesterday, I just signed a really large deal," Shawty Lo said revealing plans to drop a new mixtape called B.H.F. "It's like a new beginning and all I needed was someone behind me. 50 [Cent] is a marketing genius and I got my new thing D4L and G-Unit and we going to be working the South and the rest of the world if need be."
