Diddy Says Step Your Toe Game Up, Bans Celebrities' Kicks & Heels From Mansion

Bad Boy Records' Diddy is living by the rule of no man or woman should be treated unfairly by banning all celebrities' shoes and high heels from entering his Miami mansion.
According to reports, Puffy had his security team instruct celebrities to take off their shoes before entering the crib last weekend.
No matter if you're a rapper or a relative, you've got to take your shoes off in Sean "Diddy" Combs' house. The music titan threw a raging party with Ciroc Vodka at his Star Island mansion in Miami on Saturday night during Ultra Music Festival -- and all had to wear slippers. We're told that security guards instructed everyone to take off their shoes -- including women who had to kick off their fashionable heels, as no footwear whatsoever is permitted on Diddy's gleaming floors. "There is a no-shoe rule," an insider told us. "Everyone gets slippers as they enter." (New York Post)
Listed celebrities included the son of Interscope Records head Jimmy Iovine.
Security guards instructed everyone from Jimmy Iovine's son, Jamie, to DJ Rony Seikaly (yes, that Rony Seikaly) to remove their shoes and grab a pair of slippers. Diddy paid almost $15 million for that place back in '03, so don't for a second think you're gonna tarnish the man's glistening floors. (Complex)
Known for living lavishly, reports landed online last January claiming the music mogul held a post-Grammy Awards after party with tickets going for up to $50,000.
If you wanna party with Diddy at the Playboy Mansion, you better be freakin' LOADED -- because TMZ has learned, tickets for the rapper's post-Grammys after party top out around $50,000 each. The cheapest ticket is a slightly more affordable $1,500 and they go up from there -- $15,000, $25,000 ... all the way up to $50,000 -- depending on what services you may require at the black tie affair. Sources connected with the party promoters tell TMZ, the $50,000 Monster Cabana ticket gets you 2 cabanas, VIP admission for 20 people, buffet dinner, open bar, free bottle service ... and 15 dedicated female promotional models. Thankfully, it's all for a good cause -- the party's proceeds will go to benefit the Angelwish Foundation for children afflicted by HIV/AIDS. (TMZ)
In more music-related news, Puffy recently reunited with ex-Bad Boy Records rapper Shyne.
It's been a long time coming, but today Bad Boy president Sean "Diddy" Coombes reunited with former Bad Boy signee Jamal Michael Barrow AKA Shyne now known as Moses Levi after embracing Orthodox Judaism. The two met up at the Kenzo fashion show at Paris Fashion Week today and Diddy twitpic'd the picture above. Salute to being grown men! (Soul Culture UK
