Kounterclockwise Interview******************EDITOR'S CHOICE********************





1) Introduce yourself:

I am Deacon Burns aka 'Professor Xavier' aka 'Iron Side' aka 'Joe Swanson' aka 'The Handyman' aka 'Broke-Back Mountain - (no homo).' and the beautiful young lady to the right of me is Kaya Rogue.

2) What's your music like?

It's Native Tongue meets Marilyn Manson.

3) What does your music mean to you? Everything.

4) What other ventures are you working on?

We are in the process of working on "Pills - the mixtape" and our sophomore album, "Sounds Good on Paper" - which is the follow up to "Daylight Savings Time." -  both will be out by summer.  We also just wrapped up doing the soundtrack with Jim Lujan for his animated ghettomation feature film called "The Legend of Bobby Churro." and we have a new video for "OCD" off the "Daylight Savings Time" album about to be released soon.  Find more information on www.kounterclockwise.com


5) What are your goals in life? 

To end world hunger, find a cure for Aids, and climb Mount Everest in my wheelchair. 

6) What is the music game missing the most right now?

Sincerity and originality.

7) Where do you plan on being in the next 5 years?

Hopefully still alive and ruler of all living things.

8) How do you intend on breaking into mainstream media? 

We don't plan on breaking in anything but we can meet mainstream media at the crossroads.
